Leading Group Assessment and Intervention
When conflict within a group or team becomes chronic, layered, or deeply embedded, individual conflict resolution strategies are often no longer enough.
This five-day professional skills course equips participants with practical tools for assessing complex group conflict, understanding team dynamics, conducting interventions, and supporting healthier long-term functioning.
Participants will build applied skills through case studies, discussion, assessment tools, and real-world practice.

Participants will benefit most if they already have foundational conflict resolution experience, including but not limited to completion of Introduction to Conflict Resolution: Dealing with Difficult People, as well as some prior coaching or mediation experience.
