Mediation Skills 2

How do you strengthen and deepen your understanding and capacity with the concepts, skills and models introduced in Mediation Skills 1?

In this course, training participants will build on previous learning while continuing to hone their basic mediation skill set in the context of new workplace or community-based simulations. Mediator capacity will be enhanced with vibrant, stimulating discussion and feedback throughout. The course is led by two senior mediators with each training participant afforded another opportunity to be coached by a trainer in a role play practice session.

This will be our last offering of Mediation Skills 2 because Facilitated Solutions has created a new comprehensive 5-day Basic Mediation Skills workshop that we will be offering only from now on.  If this is missed, any past Mediation Skills 1 folks will be required to take the full 5-days.

Introduction to Conflict Resolution + Mediation Skills 1 are prerequisites and need to be taken prior to taking Mediation Skills 2.
