Mediation Services Training Refund and Cancellation Policy 

The Cancellation Deadline for any course is 10 business days before the 1st scheduled day of the course. 

If the registrant cancels before the Cancellation Deadline, the registrant may choose to receive either: 

1.  refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per course cancelled, or 
2.  apply the full amount as a credit for a workshop offered by Mediation Services within 12 months from the date of the original workshop. 

If the registrant cancels after the Cancellation Deadline, no refunds will be provided. However, a 50% credit on the monies paid can be put towards a workshop offered by Mediation Services within 12 months from the date of the original workshop. 

If Mediation Services must cancel or postpone a workshop for any reason, the registrant may choose either: 

1.  100% refund of monies paid for that course, or 
2.  100% credit to the next scheduled session for that course
