Mediation Services is excited to announce the launch of our Mediation Skills Community of Practice (CoP)—an interactive space designed for anyone with mediation training or experience who is eager to practice, refine, and deepen their skills.
What to Expect:
- Sessions that emphasize hands-on role play practice and skill-building.
- Brief overviews of key mediation models, tools and techniques, such as conflict escalation, summarizing, coaching for listening, and more.
- Opportunities to experience mediation from the perspectives of the mediator and the parties.
- A welcoming and supportive community to grow your confidence and effectiveness as a mediator.

Please Note: To ensure participants gain the most from this training, registration is open to anyone with mediation training or experience. This includes individuals who have completed mediation training through Mediation Services or another reputable provider, as well as community mediators with significant hands-on experience. Those without mediation training or experience are not eligible to register.
